At LBU LASHES, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Returns
Eligible physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- unused and unopened;
- in its original packaging and original condition;
- accompanied by proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us at LBULASHES@GMAIL.COM and include your order number and reason for the return.
Please do not send any products back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
For returns that are not due to an error, damage, or defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once the issue is verified, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, altered, or are no longer in their original condition.
The following items are also non-returnable:
- digital products, e-books, downloadable content, and other digital purchases once access has been provided;
- gift cards;
- products clearly marked Final Sale.
These exclusions apply except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, curl, length, thickness, or other variation, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by LBU LASHES or otherwise required by applicable law.
